The EU Commission adopted the new environmental delegated act and amendments to the climate delegated act on 27 June. The amendments to the climate delegated act amend and add technical screening criteria (TSC) for several activities under the climate delegated act. The environmental delegated act adds activities under the remaining four environmental objectives.
